With over 25 years of conference, trade shows, training and content event experiences I understand the challenges and always work to define the end game before the process of designing a successful event begins.
Over the years I produced or managed trade shows for 20,000 technical attendees, designed multi-city road shows, presented small workshops and hosted large conferences. I've written volumes of articles that cover topics from developing the RFP to creative trade show concepts.
I'm also the author of the upcoming book Busting the Doors Down, Drive sponsor, speaker and agenda planning event programs that fill the room. The book will provide background, ideas, plans, outlines and a roadmap to build value for your audience before, during and after your event. I will also bring in experts who have demonstrated a deep understanding of technology and systems.
Today I'm focused on sponsorship programs that generate relationships and revenue, speakers that will attract the key audience goals plus provide serious content and collaborating with the client on solid, valuable agendas that will keep attendees coming back year after year. That commitment and the excitement I experience with every event is what gets me up in the morning.
